Service/Warranty

Bookeen standard product warranty is one (1) year after the date of delivery. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Bookeen within the Warranty Period, Bookeen will repair the product at no charge (except shipment costs- see below). New or refurbished replacement parts will be used or the product will be replaced with a comparable product that is new or has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts which are at least functionally equivalent to the original product.

Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not apply:
● to non-Bookeen products
● to a product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of Bookeen
● to products with missing or altered Product number or Serial number
● to damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, misapplication
● to damage caused by servicing not authorized by Bookeen
● to damage due to usage that is not in accordance with the product instructions
● to damage due to failure to perform preventive maintenance

Return process
The customer should review the online help resources before seeking warranty service. If the product is still not functioning properly after making use of these resources, contact us at info@bookeen.gr to explain the defect.
